Ray of Hope Golf Classic

Special thanks go to our favorite iHeartRadio stations for their support!

We are incredibly grateful to partner with 103.7 NNJ and the iHeart Radio team. The 103.7 NNJ St. Jude Radiothon held Friday and Saturday April 25 & 26 was more than just a broadcast — it was a powerful reminder of how strong our community truly is. You helped extend the spirit of Ray of Hope far beyond the golf course, raising awareness and support for Ray of Hope and putting the spotlight on St. Jude families. At the heart of Ray of Hope, and at the heart of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is the belief that community can move mountains. Thanks to your incredible support, that spirit was felt louder and farther than ever before.

We are proud to stand alongside you in making a difference – Thank you for standing with us, believing in our mission, and showing that hope shines brightest when we come together.

Thursday, September 18, 2025 is the 3rd Annual Ray of Hope Golf Classic at Lake Mohawk Golf Club, Sussex County’s premier charity golf event benefiting St. Jude Children’s Hospital and our Veterans through Sparta VFW #7248.

Did you know…

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month —and the heart of why we gather for the Ray of Hope Golf Classic.

While cancer affects millions worldwide, this month draws special attention to the youngest and most vulnerable among us—children facing cancer. Nearly 15,000 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with cancer each year, and for too many, the journey is long, painful, and uncertain. Despite progress, cancer remains the leading cause of disease-related death in children under 15.

Through the Ray of Hope Golf Classic, we stand united in the belief that no child should face cancer alone—and that funding innovative research and family support can change everything. Organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital are working tirelessly to improve survival rates, discover cures, and ensure that families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

The gold ribbon, the symbol of Childhood Cancer Awareness, reminds us why we tee off each September: not just to play golf, but to play a part in something bigger. Something brighter. Something filled with hope. And we would be honored to have your support and participation.

Together, we’re making a difference—one swing, one donation, one child at a time.Today's patients become tomorrow's survivors.

Every child deserves to live their best life.

St. Jude is consistently ranked as one of the best places to donate by Charity Navigator, America’s largest independent charity evaluator. St. Jude provides customized care for some of the world’s sickest children. And our support allows St. Jude to provide treatments at no cost. You can help St. Jude give kids with cancer that chance.

Please Note: Donations are being collected by our event co-sponsor, the Sparta VFW. Thank You for your Charitable Participation!

“No child should die in the dawn of life.”
